You have following payment options:

Further details on payment: If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are handled by the shipping service provider DHL Go Green:
- For deliveries within Germany, we charge a fixed shipping fee of 3.90€ per order. Shipping is free of charge from an order value of 50€.
- For shipments to the European Union (EU Zone 1) we charge a fixed shipping fee of 7.90€ per order. Shipping is free of charge from an order value of 70€.
- For shipments to the European Union (EU Zone 2) we charge a fixed shipping fee of 12.49€ per order. Shipping is free of charge from an order value of 70€.
- For shipments to the European Union (EU Zone 3) we charge a fixed shipping fee of 16.49€ per order. Shipping is free of charge from an order value of 70€.
- Shipping to Switzerland: Due to the long delivery routes and high transport costs, we unfortunately do not offer shipping to Switzerland. However, you can find a large selection of our product range in the online store of our Swiss partner company Haar Shop.
General:
Please note that deliveries are processed Monday – Friday (except public holidays). If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Returns
ou have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

The product should be packed and shipped in the original shipping packaging or in an equally damage-proof packaging, so that the original packaging of the product is not damaged. All parts belonging to the product must be included.
You can create a return label directly online via the link in your delivery confirmation.
Please enclose an invoice or delivery bill with the return so that we can also assign and process it.
