Note: Please note that the products in the pureFeminine range cannot be exchanged and can only be returned with unopened packaging. No refunds will be given for the return of opened packaging or used pads. waschies items are sent with a seal. As soon as this seal is opened, the item is excluded from exchange for reasons of health protection (in accordance with § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB).
