If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send everything together in one shipment – unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Would you like to return an item?

We know that skin care is very individual. If you are not completely satisfied with your Waschies, you can return your order to us at your own expense within 14 business days under our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please use our contact form --> for this purpose.

Simply enter your name, order number and reason for return to register your return. Once we have approved your return, you will receive detailed instructions by email. Please remember to return all product components that were delivered – including items that have already been used and any free gifts.

Please note: Intimate care products cannot be exchanged and can only be returned with the seal unbroken. No refund will be given for returns of opened packaging or used pads. Waschies items are shipped with a seal. Once this seal is broken, the item cannot be exchanged for health protection reasons (in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

Is there something wrong with your article?

We place great importance on quality – nevertheless, in rare cases, an item may arrive damaged. Our Waschies are lovingly sewn by hand, and unfortunately, it is not always possible to avoid a washing pad being imperfectly sewn and opening during washing.

Don't worry: we will of course replace defective products or refund the purchase price. Simply send us your order number and a photo of the affected items to info@waschies.com.

We will take care of it as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

Is something missing from your package?

We are very sorry if your delivery arrived incomplete or faulty. We do not want to cause you any inconvenience.

Of course, we will send you any incorrectly delivered or missing items as quickly as possible. To enable us to resolve your issue quickly, please contact our customer service --> team directly.

We will take care of it and get back to you with a solution.

You can also return or complain about your online order directly at our local store in Kulmbach.
